    Our apartment community spreads out over 32 acres, has 119 garden style buildings and 500 fully renovated apartments.  Each building has a main front entry that opens into two first floor units and two second or top floor units.  Several buildings have a basement level which may house one or two additional units.  Apartments are similar from top to bottom; A and B units are first floor and have bay windows while C and D units are second floor and have a slightly elevated ceiling.  Almost all 500 units have grey granite counters, ceramic tile in baths in kitchens, and white kitchen cabinets (exactly like the photos).   60 of the 500 are the condo style which have upgraded appliances, black granite counters and cherry wood cabinetry.   If you are thinking of renting, please read through “How to Apply” to the right and the FAQ link at the top of this page.  Then call today for a tour and availability!

    OUR DOG RUN IS COMPLETE!
    It is located on the hill behind 6833 and 6835 Blenheim.  You can turn into the alley by 135 Dumbarton as well.  If driving over, please do not park on the grass.  Remember to keep the area clean and use caution when entering and exiting the fenced in area.

    Policy Changes:
    We are enforcing the one check per apartment rule.  Please coordinate with roommates and be sure to turn in only one check with your building number and apartment letter written in the memo line.

    Our Community

    Rodgers Forge Residents are part of a unique community of almost 1,000 tenants.  This apartment “complex” is more like a small town with 100+ “little houses”.  Our sprawling community allows for lots of greenspace, trees, and sidewalks and has the relaxed, outdoor vibe that comes with small town living.  With all this space and apartments also comes plenty of maintenance and upkeep.  We have a great team at Rodgers Forge that takes pride in being able to manage almost any concern, maintenance or otherwise, in a timely manner. 

    Overall grounds maintenace such as landscaping, gutter cleaning, and general upkeep is an ongoing job that we rotate through every year.  We appreciate any resident assistance with letting us know of issues we may be missing and encourage residents to work with us in resolving concerns and creating community events.
