All apartments have been fully renovated since 2006 or after.  Out of 500 apartments about 60 are the condo style and the rest are finished in the standard style.  Condo finishings include upgraded appliances, darker granite and darker wood cabinetry.  The other 400+ apartments feature renovations done in 2008 or later and have the finishings shown in the photographs; granite counters and white appliances and cabinets.  Call today for a tour and availability!

Due to delays in processing between here and up there the statement you receive may not reflect recent payments.  If you feel there is an error, please email us through the work order section and we will get back to you regarding any corrections.  These statements are informational only and do not reflect on your tenancy or credit.  (You may also place the statement in the office drop box and we will review and correct)

It’s that time of year and it’s getting cold. Test out your heating system today!
Buy your snow shovel before they sell out as they have in previous years.  Remember, we plow the parking lots and the sidewalks, but we can’t be everywhere at once.  Have your own salt for around your vehicle.  Over the next several weeks we will be changing all air filters in each apartment - please place a note on your door if you have a pet and would like for us to leave your filter by your door!

For our Residents

Rodgers Forge Residents are part of a unique community of almost 1,000 tenants.  This apartment “complex” is more like a small town with 119 buildings, each with 4-6 apartments, covering 32 acres.  This sprawling community allows for lots of greenspace, trees, and sidewalks and has the relaxed, outdoor vibe that comes with small town living.  With all of this space and apartments also comes plenty of maintenance.  We have a great team at Rodgers Forge that takes pride in being able to manage almost any maintenance request in a timely manner. 

Overall grounds maintenace such as landscaping, gutter cleaning, and general upkeep is an ongoing job that we rotate through every year.  We appreciate any resident assistance with letting us know of issues we may be missing and encourage residents to work with us in resolving concerns and creating community events. 

Our work order section and resident service section of this website were created with our renters in mind.  We know many of our residents would like to perform basic maintenance on their apartment rather than waiting for our staff to come out.  If you’re the type that is a handyman at heart, please visit the resident services section for helpful hints and reminders.

New to renting?  We’ve got you covered too!  Just place an online work order or call our management office at 410-377-6700 and we can usually take care of issues within 3-5 business days.  With so many apartments we do our best to take care of tickets as quickly as possible.
