Our office drop box is located in the hallway of building 6809 on Bellona and is accessible 24 hrs/day for applications, rent and all other correspondence.

    Nestled in the heart of one of Baltimore’s most charming and historic neighborhoods, Rodgers Forge Apartments is convenient to everything! Perfectly situated on 32 acres, Rodgers Forge is just minutes away from great shopping and dining in the heart of Towson, as well as a short drive to downtown Baltimore. Central to so many attractions – parks, restaurants, universities and hospitals – the Rodgers Forge community is truly a great place to call home.

    Rodgers Forge consists of 119 buildings and each building is 2 or 3 stories with 4-6 apartments in each totalling ~500 units. With about 1,000 residents, Rodgers Forge Apartments creates its own community within the larger development of historic Rodgers Forge. PMC Property Group took over ownership and management in 2008 and began the long process of renovations. After several “phases” of construction, 2011 has seen the completion of all renovations and for the first time in years, a fully occupied community.

    Surrounding Rodgers Forge are a variety of local businesses, shops and universities. Tree-lined sidewalks offer plenty of greenspace for people and pets alike. Runners, walkers, collegiates, strollers and more all collide here at Rodgers Forge creating a unique environment for everyone to enjoy.

    Brand New Appliances


    Rodgers Forge completely remodeled the kitchens including new refrigerators, dishwashers microwaves and gas stoves. New electrical and plumbing was a part of these renovations.

    Beautiful Granite Countertops


    New appliances were just the beginning of the remodel. Granite counters were installed in every apartment kitchen and bathroom as well as ceramic tiled floors.

    Our spacious bay windows provide a generous amount of natural light on our first floor apartments and our vaulted ceilings insure an expansive feeling throughout your apartment on our second floor units.

    Central Heat/Air Conditioning


    All apartments here at Rodgers Forge Baltimore feature central heat and air conditioning, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Each apartment is metered individually and you control the temperature in your apartment year round.

    Large Eat-In Kitchens


    Our large eat-in kitchens, big enough to accommodate a generous sized table and chairs, are available in both our one and two bedroom layouts. (**photo is sample of one bedroom layout) Our two bedroom floorplan features a granite topped bar as well as a small area for dining.

    Washer & Dryer Included


    No more trips to the laundromat after a hard day’s work. Conveniently tucked away and included in each unit are brand new washers and dryers.

    FROM INTERSTATE 83:
    Take the I-695 East exit on the LEFT towards Towson
    Merge onto Charles Street towards Baltimore
    Turn LEFT onto Stevenson Lane

    Free Parking


    Rodgers Forge is located in Baltimore County and parking for free is a plus! Our community has several small parking lots as well as an abundance of street parking. Each resident will receive one parking permit which will allow parking in a lot if a spot is available. Parking in lots is on a first come first serve basis and is not guaranteed. Towing is enforced in all parking lots. Street Parking surrounds our 32 acre community and overflow residents and visitors without permits are able to park here with no fee.
